The process

From booking
to a finished porch

Four steps, one of which is yours. Here is exactly what happens between the moment you pick a package and the moment we pull away from your kerb.

  1. Pick your porch

Choose the package sized to your entry. Not sure which one? Send a photo of your porch through the contact form and we will size it for you, free.

  2. Request your week

Pick the week you would like us to come, any time between 21 September and 18 October. We schedule the exact day inside that week and confirm it — along with a two-hour arrival slot — before we set out.

  3. We bring it and build it

A crew arrives with everything — pumpkins, bales, gourds — and stacks, lays and arranges the whole display on your steps. Delivery and setup cost nothing extra, and you do not need to be home.

  4. You choose what happens after

When the season ends the display is yours. Keep it, clear it yourself, or add End-of-Season Removal for $150 and we will come back, take it all down and haul it away.

Install day

What actually happens on your steps

The truck arrives inside your two-hour window. The crew clears the porch, lays straw, sets the largest pieces first, then builds height with bales and stalks before filling in with mid-size pumpkins, gourds and foliage. The last twenty minutes are pure editing — stepping back to the street, turning pieces, pulling anything that fights the composition.

  • 45–90 min for most installs
  • No need to be home — just clear access
  • Free delivery & setup — nothing added on the day

The line

What's in, what's not

Included in every package

  • Every pumpkin, gourd, bale and prop in your package
  • Delivery to your porch — no delivery fee
  • Stacking, laying and arranging the whole display on site
  • On-site design and styling by the install crew
  • Risers and staging where the porch needs them
  • The delivery week of your choosing, between 21 Sept and 18 Oct

Not included

  • End-of-season removal — optional, $150
  • Carving or painting your pumpkins
  • Non-pumpkin holiday decor — no inflatables, no lights
  • Interior styling

Removal is the one paid service: $150 to come back, take the display down and haul it all away. Everything else on the left costs nothing on top of the package price.

Care

Four things that add weeks

You are not required to do any of this. But if you want the display to hold all the way through October, these are the levers.

Keep them off wet concrete

Standing water is what actually ends a pumpkin. Everything we set is on straw or risers for exactly this reason — if you shift something, put the straw back under it.

Shade helps, but sun is fine

Thick-walled heirloom varieties handle a warm September just fine. A porch with an overhang will simply buy you an extra two or three weeks.

Nudge, don't scrub

Do not wash pumpkins. Water breaks down the natural coating that keeps them sealed. If one softens on the base, just rotate it.

Tell us early

If something turns early in the season, message us. We would rather hear about it than drive past a porch that has gone tired, and we will always tell you honestly what can be done.
